摘　　要：通过对金融法律文本翻译过程的解析和研究,明确金融法律文本属于信息型文本类型,归纳出金融法律文本翻译遵循语义、语法、语境、情景原则,具有文本解释和法律解释等属性,提出了金融法律文本翻译理论概念模型,对翻译主体提出了精通翻译学理论、精通源和目标金融法律语言以及具备系统金融法律意识和思维的适格精英型要求。By analyzing the translation process of financial legal documents,this paper makes it clear that the financial legal documents fall into the informative text type,then seeks to prove that the financial legal translation follows semantic,syntax,context and scenario principle,and it has the properties of text interpretation and legal interpretation.By suggesting a conceptual model for financial legal translation theory,this paper makes an effort to set the requirements for proper elite translators as follows： being proficient in translation theory;being proficient in source-and target-financial law language;having systematic financial law awareness and thinking.
