摘　　要：教学基地建设和管理是高等医学院校教学工作中的重要组成部分,作为实践教学的载体,其目的在于培养医学生的应用知识的能力、实践能力和创新能力。南京医科大学通过加大对实践基地建设与管理的投入,重视实践基地的实践教学设计与安排,加强和完善实践教学基地的建设和管理,为不断提高医学教学质量奠定良好基础。The development and management of teaching bases is an important component of education in higher medical institutions. The practice teaching can improve medical students＇ application of knowledge, foster their practical abilities and cultivate their innovative thinking. The authors have been attaching importance to the establishment and management of the teaching bases, by giving more investment, emphasizing teaching design and arrangements, and perfecting the evaluation system on the effects of teaching bases, etc., which the authors beheve will help lay a good foundation for higher quality of medical education.
