国家医学教育标准视野下本科临床教学质量相关因素分析

摘　　要：根据教学质量的一般性规定,结合国家临床医学专业标准要求,从满足学生、医院和患者三个层次的需求,分析提出临床教学质量相关因素是学生的学业成绩、学科性竞赛成绩、思想道德素质表现、考研率、就业率、就业质量、执业资格考试通过率、"三基"考试与规范化培训成绩、毕业后工作质量等。According to the general provisions of teaching quality and combining with the state standards of clinical medicine so as to satisfy the demand for students, hospital and patients, this paper analyzes and proposes the related factors for clinical teaching quality, which are students＇ academic achievement, academic contest performance, the ideological and moral qualities, the postgraduate rate, employment rate and quality, professional qualification examination, clinic base of Chinese medicine exam and standardized training, and job quality.
