论国际法“应用型”教学目标的构建

摘  要:目前国际法教学往往更多从完成法学核心课程的教学任务出发,仅注重专业理论和基本体系的讲授,缺乏实践应用目标;学生普遍存在理解难、运用少、学习兴趣低下的问题。惟有摆脱教学中这种"惟法学法"的局限性,以"应用"为主导,才有可能培养适应改革开放需要的具有"国际法思维"的跨学科复合型综合人才。At present the target of teaching of international law mainly focuses on its teaching duties of the core curriculum of law teaching required by National Ministry of Education,which is mainly concerned with its professional theory and system and is short of application target of practice,and leads to the pervading problems of hard understanding,less practice and low interest to the course of students.In order to avoid the limit of learning law only from theory on the teaching of international law,application target should be focused on training students of interdisciplinary who meet the requirement of opening policy and with the mind of international thinking.
