摘  要:采用透明圈法和DNS法测发酵液酶活相结合的办法,从土壤样品中筛选到一株降解几丁质能力强的菌株D23.该菌株在分离平板上产生的透明圈和菌落直径的比值为9,发酵液的酶活为0.75 U/mL.经形态特征及16S rDNA序列分析,确定D23属于芽孢杆菌属.In order to screen a new strain with high chitinase activity,the samples around Wei River area were collected,and with method of studying the transparent circle on the plate,and further confirmed by studying the activity of fermentation broth by DNS method,a new strain(D23) with high chitinase activity was isolated.Data shows that the diameter ratio of transient circle and the colony circle in the plate containing colloidal chitin and colony is about as high as 9.Morphology study and sequencing of the 16S rRNA information indicated that strain D23 was Bacillus sp.
