新时期加强高校离退休党支部建设的路径创新

摘　　要：高校离退休党支部是高校党组织工作不可分割的一部分。做好这一工作,对于发扬党的优良传统,维护稳定大局,具有十分重要的作用。新时期加强高校离退休党支部建设,在思想建设创新方面,做到为老服务凝聚人心、真情实效巩固根基;在组织建设创新方面,做到因地制宜建立组织、搭建平台链接主题;在制度建设创新方面,做到完善机制引领工作、宣传典型推动示范。Retirement party branch in colleges is an inalienable part of the party organization work.Doing well this work plays a very important role in carrying forward the fine tradition of the party and maintaining the stable situation.In the new period,in the thoughts construction innovation,strengthening the construction of retirement party branch can serve for the old,unit the will of the people and truly consolidate the foundation;in the organization construction innovation,it can construct the organization that suits local circumstances and build up the platform to connect the theme;in the institution construction innovation,it can perform the leading work of perfecting system and publicize the example and promote demonstration.
