摘　　要：在我国基础教育课程改革的实践中,现代中小学教师必须树立一系列新的教育观念。主要包括:"全球化"的教育观念、"以人为本"的教育观念、终身学习的理念、勇于创新的理念以及基础教育新课改的理念,即新的教育观、教学观、学生观、人才质量评价观和素质教育观等。In the practice of basic education curriculum reform in China,the teachers from modern primary and secondary school must establish new ideas of education.They are the education concept of ＂globalization＂,＂people-oriented＂ education concept,the concept of lifelong learning,the innovative idea and the concept of new curriculum reform of basic education,which can be interpreted correspondently the new concept of education,concept of teaching,concept of students,concept of talent quality assessment and concept of quality education.
