摘  要:旁听和模拟地方人大常委会会议是《人民代表大会制度》实践教学的两条途径。在实践教学中,教师对学生示范、指导、组织、激励和修正,学生对教师建议、启发、评价、咨询,从而形成了师生互动模式。制定计划并及早向学生公布;采取激励措施调动学生的积极性;充分发挥教师的主导作用;积极争取市人大常委会和学校的支持;注意课堂教学与实践教学的衔接、旁听与模拟的衔接,是成就两项实践教学活动的经验。There are two ways to practically teaching the course National People's Congress System: audit and simulate a local conference of Standing Committee.In practice teaching,the interaction mode is formed by teachers' demonstrations,direction,organization,motivation and amendments and students' advice,inspiration,evaluation,counseling.For that,the plans are made known to the students as soon as possible;the incentive measures are taken to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students;the leading role of teachers is fully played;the support can actively be gotten from the local People's Congress;the connection between classroom teaching and practical teaching and the one between audit and simulation are paid a special attention to.
