摘　　要：高中开设选修课是高中新课改的亮点与难点,对高中教师提出了多方面挑战。高师教育作为职前教育,是教师教育的重要环节。以高中语文选修课开设和高师汉语文教育为例,分析高师汉语文教育在培养高中语文选修课师资方面的缺失及其改革策略。The optional courses are both highlights and difficulties of new curriculum reform in senior middle school,which challenges teachers.As a pre-service education,higher normal education is an important link of teacher education.Take optional course of Chinese and Chinese education of higher normal education as a case,the deficiency and countermeasures of Chinese education of higher normal education is analyzed when the course is used to train the teachers of the subject.
