护理临床实习环境评价量表的编制及信效度检测

摘　　要：目的结合临床护生实际实习状况研制科学、客观的护理临床实习环境评价量表,为评价护理临床实习环境提供量化工具。方法应用文献检索分析法、专题小组讨论法及专家咨询法制定量表;采取整群抽样法抽取某三级甲等综合性医院184名护理实习生进行问卷调查,检验量表的信度和效度。结果终量表包含教学方法、老师素质、学习机会、人际关系、工作氛围及组织支持6个维度共30个条目;量表6个维度内部一致性信度Cronbach′sα系数为0.83-0.91,量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.96;6个公因子累积贡献率达73.37%;各维度之间相关系数为0.48-0.66,各维度与总分之间相关系数为0.83-0.86;集合效度相关系数为0.56-0.84,区分效度相关系数为0-0.46。结论该量表具有较好的信度和效度,达到了量表编制要求,可以从整体上测评护理临床实习环境情况。Objective To design a scientific and objective scale for evaluating clinical learning environment targeted to nursing interns,to provide a quantitative tool for assessing clinical internship environment.Methods We applied the methods of literature search,panel discussion and Delphi method to form the Environment Evaluation Scale for Clinical Nursing Internship.The questionnaire was used to investigate 184 nursing students who came from a comprehensive hospital in Wuhan through cluster sampling method.The reliability and validity of the scale were verified with the final results.Results Totally,the scale included thirty items of six dimensions such as teaching method,the quality of tutors,learning opportunities,interpersonal relationship,working atmosphere and organizational support.The Cronbach′s α coefficients of six dimensions were between 0.83-0.91;the total Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.96;the cumulative contributing rate of six common factors was 73.37%;the correlation coefficient among six dimensions ranged from 0.48 to 0.66;the correlation coefficient between six dimensions and the total scale score was 0.83-0.86;the correlation coefficient of the set validity was between 0.56-0.84;the correlation coefficient of the discrimination validity was 0-0.46.Conclusion With high reliability and fair validity,the scale has met the general requirements and can be applied to evaluation of general condition of clinical internship.
