护理硕士研究生核心能力评价体系的构建及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的构建和评价护理硕士研究生核心能力评价体系。方法对23名护理管理、护理教育、临床护理专家进行咨询,初步构建护理硕士研究生核心能力评价体系一、二、三级指标;在全国16所高等院校便利抽取297名在读全日制护理硕士研究生进行问卷调查,采用内部一致性系数、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度等统计指标对评价体系进行评价,调整评价指标体系。结果形成专业能力、专业发展能力、评判性思维能力、人文素质4个一级指标,12个二级指标,54个三级指标的护理硕士研究生核心能力评价体系;评价体系总体内部一致性系数为0.964,重测信度为0.808,条目的平均CVI为0.913;各维度得分与上级指标分值的相关系数均较大而与其他因素得分的相关系数较小;探索性因子分析显示评价体系结构效度较好。结论护理硕士研究生核心能力评价体系具有较好的信效度,可作为评价护理硕士研究生核心能力的工具。Objective To construct and examine the Core Competence Evaluation System for Nursing Postgraduates（CCESNP）.Methods After researchers′ using Delphi method to investigate 23 nursing experts in management,education or clinical nursing,the first,second and third class indexes of CCESNP were preliminary established.A total of 297 full-time nursing postgraduates from 16 universities in China were surveyed by convenience sampling.We applied the internal consistency,test-retest reliability,content validity,construct validity and other statistical indicators to examine and adjust the evaluation system.Results The CCESNP was composed of 4 first-grade indexes（professional competence,professional development capacity,critical thinking and humanistic quality）,12 second-grade indexes and 54 third-grade indexes.The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the evaluation system was 0.964,the test-retest reliability and the average content validity index（CVI） were 0.808 and 0.913 respectively.Each dimension and its superior index were closely correlated,while the correlation between each dimension and other factors were less correlated.The exploratory factor analysis indicated that the assessment scale shared good construct validity.Conclusion With high reliability and validity,CCESNP can be utilized as a tool to evaluate core competence of nursing master degree candidates.
