摘　　要：疾病的诊断主要依赖临床表现,自觉地使用辩证思维有助于进一步提高临床知识的运用能力,从而对疾病的诊断和治疗做出正确的决定,不断加强培养科学的临床思维,从哲学的角度寻找误诊的原因,才能提高诊断的水平。The diagnoses of diseases mainly depend on clinical manifestations,and it is of great importance to use dialectical thinking in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment.Doctors should constantly strengthen scientific clinical thinking and find the reason of misdiagnosis from the angle of philosophy,so as to improve the level of diagnosis.
