论高校学生管理权的法律规制——以程序为视角

摘　　要：近年发生的众多高校被诉案件反映出高校学生管理工作中存在的制度弊端,在一定程度上折射出由于程序的缺失或不完善造成高校学生管理工作的困境。对高校学生管理权进行规制,应从学校制定规则的程序、具体管理程序及救济程序三方面入手。The fact that universities in recent years have been sued reflects the weakness of system in the students＇ management.And to some extent,it shows the dilemma of such management due to the absence or the imperfection of procedures.The legal restriction of students＇ rights should be done from the rulemaking procedures,management procedures and relief procedure.
