摘　　要：近年来,大学生实践能力的培养广受关注。作为应用性学科,法学专业学生实践能力的培养更受重视。本文结合我校的实际情况,探讨通过校外实践教学的方式来增强法科学生的专业实践能力。文章分析了传统法学专业校外实践教学存在的一些局限性,认为可以从具体实践方式上进行创新和改革。It＇s concerned extensively about the cultivation in practical ability of college students.As practical major,the cultivation in practical ability of law college students is emphasised more seriously.Combining with the actual situation of our university（school）,the article treats the question of enhancing major practical ability of law school students by means of practical teaching outside the school.Because of its limitation,the article concludes the traditional practical teaching outside school for law student may be innovated and reformed in concrete measures.
