摘  要:素质和素质模型是当代人力资源管理与开发理论的重要组成部分,但由于其兴起时间不长,在理论和实践上还有待于进一步成熟和完善。近年来,国内外专家学者的努力探索使得素质和素质模型的概念正在不断深化与健全。Competence and competence model is an important part in the development of contemporary human resource management and theory. But as it is not long in the rise, its theory and practice needs to be further matured and improved. In recent years, domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made great efforts to explore it, so the concept of competence and competence model is continually deepened and improved.
