摘  要:目的:探讨合作学习理论在《基础护理学》技能练习过程中的实施效果。方法:将2008级护理专科2个班86名学生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组在技能练习过程中运用合作学习进行练习,对照组按照传统分组自由练习,随后进行操作考核成绩统计分析。结果:实验组技能操作成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用合作学习于技能学习过程,有助于提高技能练习效率和学生的学习兴趣,培养学生人际合作的技能。Objective :To explore the effects of cooperative learning theory in skill practice process of fundamental nursing. Methods: Divided 86 advanced certificate nursing students into experimental group and control group, Applying the cooperative learning to experimental group in the practice process of fundamental nursing skills and then analyzing the results of skill testing. Results:The academic performance of the experimental group was significantly superior to that of the control group( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Cooperative learning can improve the efficiency of skill practice and increase student's study interest. It is helpful for developing nursing student's interpersonal collaboration skills.
