摘　　要：由于独立学院的发展处在探索阶段,其法学专业教学模式与应用型人才培养目标不相适应。必须创新独立学院法学专业刑法学课程教学模式,在对学生进行专业理论教育的同时,着力培养学生的实践能力。The development of independent school is in the stage of probe.The teaching mode of law specialty does not adapt to the objective of practical talents cultivation.We should create the teaching mode of criminal law course in law specialty in independent school,cultivate their practical ability as well as implement theoretical education.
