摘　　要：学生发展理论的建立源于高校学生事务管理的实践需要。国外学生发展理论逐步成熟。我国高校学生工作要以促进学生全面发展为目标,完善管理体制,形成工作合力,以学生为本,依法治校,规范制度,建立和完善服务体系,加速队伍专业化、职业化建设。The establishment of students＇ development theory stems from the practical needs of students＇ affairs management in university.Foreign students＇ development theory matures gradually.The work for students in our country should center around the goal of promoting their comprehensive development,form cooperative cohesion,run school by law,standardize system and perfect service system to strengthen the establishment of specialization and professionalization of ranks.
