摘 要:目的:评价五倍子牙膏抑制釉质脱矿和促进人工早期釉质龋再矿化的作用。方法:检测五倍子牙膏处理离体牙前后乳酸盐缓冲液中磷离子浓度的变化,计算出牙釉质溶解度降低率(enamel soly rate,ESR),评价五倍子牙膏抑制釉质脱矿作用;制作人工龋釉质块模型,体外药物pH循环,检测五倍子牙膏处理前后釉质表面显微硬度恢复率(enamel micro-hardness recovery,EMHR),扫描电镜观察再矿化后的釉质表面结构,评价五倍子牙膏对釉质再矿化的作用。结果:五倍子牙膏组的牙釉质溶解度降低率与空白牙膏组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);五倍子牙膏组釉质表面显微硬度恢复率与空白牙膏组比较差异无统计学意义;扫描电镜结果显示五倍子牙膏组与空白牙膏组釉质表面为较疏松蜂巢状孔隙结构。结论:五倍子牙膏具有抑制釉质脱矿作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Galla Chinensis toothpaste on anti-demineralization and remineralization of enamel in vitro.Methods:Acid buffer was used to treat the extracted teeth samples alternately.Then concentration of acid buffer and enamel soly rate(ESR) were measured before and after the treatment of Galla Chinensis toothpaste and control group toothpaste.After using chemical demineralization models to form artificial initial enamel lesion,the enamel blocks were subjected to a pH-cycling regime in vitro.Then enamel micro-hardness recovery(EMHR) was examined and the microstructure of enamel lesions was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:The ESR of Galla Chinensis toothpaste group has statistical significance compared with blank toothpaste group(P〈0.05) and the EMHR of Galla Chinensis toothpaste group has no significance compared with deionized water group;there are some loose honeycomb pore structure on the enamel surface of Galla Chinensis toothpaste group and blank toothpaste group.Conclusion:The Galla Chinensis toothpaste can promote the mineralization of enamel.
