摘 要:目的:探讨听觉统合治疗对儿童孤独症的疗效,为孤独症儿童的康复治疗提供临床依据。方法:对20例2~4岁孤独症患儿采用数码听觉统合训练仪进行听觉统合治疗,疗效评估主要采用Gesell发育量表、韦氏幼儿智力测验(WPPSI)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、AIT疗效调查表等方法,对患儿进行治疗前后ABC分值,IQ分值、临床症状比较。结果:治疗6个月后,患儿ABC分值显著降低(P<0.05);但IQ分值变化不显著(P>0.05);在语言障碍、社会交往障碍、情绪障碍、睡眠、注意力、运动技能临床症状上有较大的改善;在目光对视、刻板重复、生活自理方面改变不大。结论:听觉统合治疗对改善2~4岁孤独症儿童临床症状的近期治疗效果是肯定的,而且起效范围广。各级医疗保健部门、家长、幼儿园应加强对儿童孤独症的认识,及早发现患儿,及早治疗。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of auditory integrative training(AIT) on autistic children and provide them with clinical support for rehabilitative treatment.Methods:20 cases of 2~4 years old autistic children were treated with auditory integrative training(AIT).The patients were investigated with Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Wechsler Intelligence Scale(WPPSI) and Gesell Development Scale and AIT Effect Scale.The effect was evaluated through the changes of clinical manifestations and the scores of ABC and IQ.Results:The scores of ABC dropped significantly(P0.05) and the scores of IQ changed not significantly(P0.05) six months later.The group had improved rapidly in many aspects such as the disorders of their language,social interactions,emotion disorders,sleeping,attention and sport skills.The group had not changed in their abnormal behaviors such as eye contact,stereotyped behavior and self-care.Conclusion:The auditory integrative training is positive to the autistic children in its short-term treatment effect.
