摘　　要：新建地方本科院校在引进高层次人才方面处于劣势,本文通过文献研究法和案例研究法探索借用地方特点引进人才的策略。Newly-built local universities are in the unfavorable position in introducing high-level talents.Using documents research and case study,this paper intends to explore the possible talent bring-in strategies by taking advantage of local characteristics.
