摘　　要：文章简述了经济增长方式与继续教育工程之间的关系。指出继续教育、终身教育是当代社会竞争中的重要资本。学习化社会的进步与发展将促进知识创新能力的升迁。面对知识经济时代和经济建设发展的众多需求与挑战，继续教育工程的实施和继续教育事业的发展，必将使整个社会走向知识经济时代的学习化社会。This paper briefly introduces the relation between economic growth mode and continuous education project, pointing out that continuous education and life-long education are the the important capital in today’s social competition.The progress and development of academic society will accelerate the promotion of knowledge innovation ability. Being confronted with numerous requirements and challenges of knowledge ceconomy times and economic construction, the practice of continuous education project and the development of continuous education cause will certainly make the whole society move towards an academic society in knowledge economy times and promote overall progress and prosperity of economic society.
