假酸浆总生物碱的提取及分离研究

摘　　要：对假酸浆籽中的生物碱进行了提取条件的研究,通过正交试验优化了假酸浆籽生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件,结果表明,80%的乙醇做提取剂,pH值为3,温度50℃,时间3 h.用薄层层析法进行了初步分离,选出了两组较适宜的展开剂,二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯(30∶1);二氯甲烷-丙酮(55∶1),经观察可能存在五种生物碱.Study on extraction technology of total alkaloids from fruit of apple of peru. The extraction technology of total alkaloids from fruit of apple of peru was optimized by orthogonal design, results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows：80% alcohol as extraction solvent, pH 3, temperature 50℃ , and extraction time 3 h. Total alkaloids was separated by two sets of developing solvents ： methylene dichloride - ethyl acetate （30：1 ） ; methylene dichloride - acetone （55：1 ）. Total alkaloids are likely to contain five kinds of alkaloids.
