摘　　要：当前,大学生就业中存在的社会对于大学生的巨大需求和大学生就业困难的两难困境,凸显大学生就业力提升的重要性和紧迫性。大学生就业力包含外显性就业力、内隐性就业力和社会性就业力。要通过建立大学生就业力提升辅导体系、教学体系和实践体系以有效促进大学生就业。On the one hand,the society is in great demand of college graduates;on the other hand,college graduates find it very difficult to get employed.This contradictory situation profiles the importance and urgency of boosting the employability of college graduates,which is composed of the explicit,tacit and social part.Hence,we need to establish a mechanism integrating guidance,instruction and practice to attain our goal.
