摘　　要：论述了水下目标检测与识别所面临的海洋环境和应采用的技术对策，着重叙述了进行水下作业必须具备的硬件平台和相关的软件结构，分析了这一成果的应用范围和开拓前景。Abstract This paper discusses the problems of ocean surrounding and the technique countermeasure to be taken by which the underwater object detection and recognition are confronted with. The hardware platform and related software structure needed for underwater operation are described and emphasized. The scope of application and the exploitable potential of this research result are also analyzed.
