摘　　要：通过对酒厂现有曲块粉碎设备分析,提出了双级粉碎新工艺,并应用于新型酒厂曲块粉碎中,取得了较好效果。Through the analysis of rhizopus brick smashing equipment in distillery,this article proposed the new craft of two-stage smashing,and using for rhizopus brick smashing in the new distillery,the good effect has been obtained.
