摘  要:[目的]了解舟山渔场主要海产品中甲基汞污染状况,为海产品的安全监督管理提供依据。[方法]于2007—2009年,随机抽取282份海产品进行甲基汞含量检测分析。[结果]舟山渔场主要海产品的甲基汞超标率为2.84%。不同类别海产品中甲基汞蓄积量差异有统计学意义(F=25.990,P<0.001)。不同类别海产品中甲基汞的单因子污染指数由大到小依次为:藻类(0.38)、软体类(0.11)、鱼类(0.10)、甲壳类(0.08)。不同类别海产品中甲基汞超标率差异有统计学意义(x^2=20.960,P<0.001)。不同年份的甲基汞超标率差异无统计学意义(x^2=5.226,P>0.05);不同年份的甲基汞蓄积量差异也无统计学意义(H=0.076,P>0.05)。[结论]舟山渔场海产品甲基汞污染水平总体较低,海藻类产品中甲基汞蓄积量、污染指数和超标率均高于其他海产品,要加强安全监测。[ Objective ] To recognize the situation of methylmereury contamination in the major seafoods collected from Zhoushan fishery. [ Methods ] A total of 282 samples randomly in fishery market and breeding sites were collected from the year 2007 to 2009, and the methylmereury eontamination in these seafoods were analyzed. [ Results ] The rate of exceeding the limit of methylmercury was 2.84% in the major seafoods from Zhoushan fishery. One-way ANOVA analysis on the accumulation of methylmereury in different categories of seafood obtained the F equal to 25.990, P 〈 0.001. Assessing the intake safety of methylmercury in various eategories of seafood with the single-factor eontamination index, the series were : seaweed ( 0.38 ), marine molluscs ( 0.11 ), sea fish ( 0. 10 ), marine crustaceans ( 0.08 ). The result of Chi square test of the exceeding rate was : χ^2= 20.960, P 〈 0.001. The trend of methylmereury contamination rate among calender year was χ^2 = 5.226, P 〉 0.05. Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was H=0.076, P〈0.05. [ Conclusion ] The overall contamination of methylmereury in seafood was still at a low level, however the contamination index for seaweed were higher than the others. The enehancement of monitoring should be needed.
