摘　　要：采用嵌入式系统对电线电缆专用设备之一的成缆机操作台及主控制板进行了控制,其中inbuilt system-1完成操作台所进行操作的计算,将参数显示在液晶显示屏,若有非法操作和不良运行状态,即时将信息传给告警器显示,并通过RS232接口与主控板inbuilt system-2进行通信,inbuilt system-2同时对旋转电机M2、收线电机M1、排线电机M3及整个收放线系统进行控制。从而,保证成缆机整个设备可靠、准确地运行,实现了成缆机的微计算机控制。运行结果表明,该系统操作方便、工作可靠、控制精度高,能够满足电线电缆生产企业的需求。The cable machine is one of wire and cable equipments,and its console and main control panel are controlled by inbuilt systems to improve technology of the cable machine,in which inbuilt system-1 complete the calculation from the operations to console,and the parameters are displayed on the LED screen.If there are illegal operations and bad running states,real-time information will be displayed to warning devices,and it communicates with inbuilt system-2 through RS232 interfaces,at the same time,inbuilt system-2 controls the rotating motor M2,the take-up motor M1,the rowing cable motor M3 and control the entire systems.Thus,it ensures the cable machine operates reliably and accurately,and realizes micro-computer-controlled.The running results show that improved cable machine system is easy to operate and works reliably with high-precision control,and is able to fully meet the wire and cable manufacturers.
