摘　　要：不同文化和环境中成长的青少年所遇的困惑与难题表现出不同的地理和文化特色。苏珊.费雪.史戴伯斯的《风的女儿》以巴基斯坦女性成长主题为叙述主线,叙述了一位生活在焦利斯坦沙漠游牧家庭中的12岁少女莎巴努的成长困惑。从女性主义的视角,结合人格发展理论,分析莎巴努最终选择向命运妥协的成长困惑,可以看出巴基斯坦女性很难摆脱伊斯兰教的文化传统和男性主宰的社会的束缚。主人公成长的困惑就是伊斯兰女性的悲哀。The confusion and problems that young adults in different cultures and surroundings confront represent different geographic and cultural features.Using the Pakistani girl＇s coming-of-age as the main narrative thread,Suzanne Fisher Staples＇ Shabanu Daughter of the Wind portraits the confusion of the growth of Shabanu,a twelve-year-old girl of a nomadic family in Cholistan Desert,Pakistan.When analyzing Shabanu＇s confusion reflected by her final compromise from the perspective of Feminism and the theory of human development,we can draw a conclusion that Pakistan females cannot escape the Muslim cultural tradition and the man-dominated society.The protagonist＇s confusion in growth is the tragedy of Islamic females.
