终身教育体系下推进农村扫盲后教育的思考——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：以重庆市为例,对农村扫盲教育的现状进行分析,发现部分脱盲农民的整体文化素质偏低、缺乏实用技术能力。因此,脱盲农民有必要接受扫盲后教育,而扫盲后教育作为终身教育体系的一部分,旨在弥补扫盲教育的不足。因此,应加大对农村扫盲后教育的投资力度,巩固并深化扫盲教育,加强农村实用技术教育,重视农村成人学校师资建设,从而推进农村扫盲后教育的健康有序发展。A Case Study on the status of literacy education in rural areas is analyzed in the paper and the author finds that some farmers are of low cultural quality, and lack in practical technical skills. Therefore, farmers need to accept post - literacy education, which is a part of lifelong education system to make up for the lack of literacy education, we should consequently increase investment in rural post- literacy education efforts, consolidate and deepen the literacy education, strengthen rural practical skills, pay attention to the construction of rural school teachers to advance adult literacy in rural areas after the healthy and orderly development of education.
