摘  要:对液压动力站进行了功能分析,并根据模块化设计的思想和概念,设计了一种新型的背负式液压动力站。采用功率键合图法,运用动态仿真工具Simulink建立液压系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:设计的背负式液压动力站能够满足设计要求。To process the connection holes and ventilation holes of spider of synchronous motor, which were processed by the CNC boring and milling machining center, but the basic functions of CNC machine tools did not play out, almost all by hand, it took too long auxiliary time, too heavy labor-intensive of operator and low efficiency of processing, therefore, product quality is not improved and machine life is reduced. For this, this paper researches on the processing technology, design new universal fixture, uses a special tool according to workpiece' s features to improve nrocessing cmalitv and nroduction efficienev.
