贵州省山地农机化发展现状及人才需求分析

摘　　要：贵州是一个地形地貌复杂的山区省份,农机化水平远低于全国平均水平。本文首先介绍贵州省农机化发展总体情况以及各个地区的农机事业发展现状,在此基础上提出了农机化发展策略,同时分析了贵州省农机化人才需求状况,最后提出了几点建议。Guizhou is a mountainous province with diversity geographic and geomorphic.The level of agricultural mechanization is far below national average.This paper introduced the agricultural mechanization general condition of Guizhou province and the development of agricultural mechanization in different area firstly,and then pointed out the development strategy for agricultural mechanization and the requirement status of agricultural mechanization talent.In the end,the academic model of innovative talent for agricultural mechanization has been bringing forward.
