摘　　要：高校实验室在实践教育过程中发挥着重要的作用,是教学与科研的基地。实验技术队伍是实验室建设的关键。采取有效的激励措施,不断加强实验技术队伍建设,对实践教育具有重要意义。Laboratory is the base of teaching and scientific research,and it plays an important role during the practical education in colleges and universities.Laboratory technical team is the key of construction of laboratory.Taking effective measures to strength the construction of laboratory technical team is important to the practical education.
