摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,中国的企业家是否具备了应对挑战的能力,基于企业家全球思维的视角,采用文献分析的方法和因子分析的方法归纳性的总结了企业家全球思维的构成,研究表明了企业家全球思维在企业的国际化进程中发挥着重要作用,也丰富了企业家全球思维影响因素的研究。In the context of economic globalization,Chinese entrepreneurs meet the challenge whether they have the ability to think globally based on the perspective of entrepreneurs.Literature analysis and factor analysis methods are used in the summary of the entrepreneurs of world enterpreneurs＇ thinking.The research shows that global mindset of entrepreneurs in the process of internationalization of enterprises play an important role and enriches the mindset of entrepreneurs in the global factors.
