摘　　要：工科院校大学生创新能力培养应从以人为本的观念出发,在"生本理念"的指导下,形成一个完整的体系,整合教育的资源,对学生进行全方位的指导和教育,应构建一个以第一课堂深化教学改革为基础层面,第二课堂丰富校园文化生活为发展层面,创新教育提升学生创新原动力为支撑层面的立体的工科学生创新能力培养体系。The training of innovative ability of students in engineering and polytechnic universities should be carried out based on the concept of people oriented. So a rounded system is advised to be formed as follows. First, it＇s the basic level to deepen educational reform in the first class. Second, it＇s the developing level to rich the cultural life on campus in the second class. Last, it＇s the supporting level that innovative education motivate students＇ innovative ability.
