摘　　要：在高师多年的计算机信息技术基础教学过程中,发现学生在Windows部分的复制与移动、建立快捷方式、文件重命名、Word部分的编辑排版等多个方面容易出现问题。分析这些常见的问题,然后提出了应对措施。In the years of teaching practice of basic computer course,some problems arise among students in the study of Windows and Word,such as copying and moving,setting up shortcut,renaming the file,editing and typesetting.By analyzing the problems,some solutions are put forward.
