摘　　要：专业质量决定学校人才质量,专业水平彰显学校发展能力。提高高职院校专业建设质量,须厘清专业建设的内容要素及其关系,正确认识和协调推进专业设置与调整、人才目标与规格定位、课程与教学改革"、双师"队伍与实训实践基地建设、专业管理体制建设内涵、相互关系和发展进程;推动校企合作、建立专业建设基本质量标准、实施专业评估、依托文化活动塑造质量精神。The specialty quality schools. In order to enhance the determines talent quality and speciahy construction abilities the specialty level manifest of higher vocational schools, the development abilities of it should clarify the content factors of specialty construction and their relationship, correctly understand and harmoniously boost the connotations and re- lationship of specialty setup and adjustment, talent objectives orientation, curriculum and teaching reform, construction of ＂dual-qualification＂ teaching staff and practice training base and construction of specialty management system; boost school-enterprise cooperation, build basic quality standard for specialty construction, carry out specialty evaluation and shape the quality-oriented spirit relying on cultural activities.
