加纳义务教育发展困境的原因探析

摘　　要：自1996年开始实施免费义务教育政策以来,加纳义务教育发展迅速,但教育水平长期处于落后地位的现实并未彻底改变。从加纳中小学生数学和英语学业水平评估成绩来看,加纳义务教育教学质量不高。阻碍加纳义务教育发展的主要原因有经费短缺、办学条件差、师资力量薄弱以及课时太少且教学时间利用不充分等原因。From the policy document on the Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education （FCUBE） of 1996, the basic education in Ghana have developed rapidly. However,the real dilemma has never been changed. Ghanaians lack behind in education. The math and English assessment of primary and secondary school students showed that quality of compulsory education in Ghana is quiet poor. It identifies and analyzes the forces and factors that have created such frailer,such as lack of fund, condition of school work, teacher quality and the length of the school year, and use of instructional time.
