摘　　要：阐述了几种微量元素的生理功能及它们的功能性应用进展,重点介绍了富集微量元素的主要方法和国内外研究情况,同时从遗传学角度对矿物质元素的富集进行了展望,提出了应从多学科、多领域、多角度对人体营养与健康进行研究的建议。The physiological functions of trace elements and the progress of functionality application were reviewed.The main methods of trace elements enrichment and research progress home and abroad were introduced,and the trace elements enrichment was also genetically discussed.That human nutrition and health should be researched from multidisciplinary,multi-field and multi-angle that was proposed.
