大学生知识共享的现状及问题研究

摘　　要：知识共享是知识管理的重要组成部分,大学生有效的知识共享有利于大学生的知识储存、知识更新和知识创新。主要以调查研究方式,探讨了大学生知识共享的现状和主要影响因素。调查结果显示:主客观两方面因素影响大学生知识共享。这就要求要创造有利于知识共享的校园文化、建立有效的知识共享的激励机制和搭建促进知识共享的平台。Knowledge-sharing is an important part of knowledge management.College students can get benefits from effective knowledge-sharing in the knowledge storage,knowledge renewal and knowledge innovation.This paper examines the current situation of college students knowledge-sharing and the main factors of affecting college students knowledge-sharing through investigation approach.The result shows：the main factors of affecting college students knowledge-sharing can be divided into subjective and objective factors,so we have to create campus culture,establish an effective knowledge-sharing incentive system and knowledge-sharing platform to promote sharing knowledge among college students.
