摘　　要：本文认为保证并提高文科毕业论文的质量,已成为高校各文科专业必须面对的严重问题。并以广西大学公共事业管理专业为例,阐明了要保证文科毕业论文的质量,必须从源头抓起,即对毕业论文的选题方式进行创新和改革。This paper argues that to ensure and improve the quality of arts thesis has become a serious problem that the liberal arts colleges must face.Taking the Public Administration of Guangxi University as an example,the paper also tries to clarify that the quality of arts thesis can be ensured by the innovation and reform of the thesis topic selection.
