摘　　要：高职院校在从规模建设向内涵建设的转型以及国家示范性高职院校建设计划推进过程中,不断拓展高职院校后勤管理与服务的问题领域。本文重点从树立"管理育人服务育人"理念、创新"精细化柔性化"管理与服务模式、打造业务素养高竞争力强的管理与服务队伍、培育底蕴深厚的管理与服务文化等方面探讨国家示范性高职后勤管理与服务的发展策略。The vocational and technical colleges,from the scale construction to connotation construction reforming as well as in the national demonstrational vocational and technical colleges construction plan advancement process,develop vocational and technical colleges rear service management and the service question domain unceasingly.This article,from setting management to educating people,innovates the fine refinement flexibility management and the service pattern,trains high competitive and quality service troop,discusses rear management and the service development strategies in national demonstrational vocational and technical colleges.
