《黄帝内经》“食亦”命名考释

摘　　要：目的:对首载于《素问.气厥论》的"食亦"病之命名进行考释。方法:通过文献分析法对有关"食亦"文献进行整理、分析、归纳。结果:认为"食易"、"食夜"、"‘亦’为衍声"、"虽食亦病"等四种代表性观点均有不足之处,不能圆满解释其病症、病机。结论:应从"食"、"亦"之本义并结合其引申义综合理解,方可洞悉其命名之确切含义。Objective：Interpretation to shiyi of suwen qijuo lun. Methods：Through the literature analysis, shiyi literature was sorted, analysed and inducted. Results：＂ Food yi＂ ,＂ food night＂ and ＂also＂ ＂for yah sound＂ ,＂ though food also disease＂ four representative view all have shortcomings, cannot successfully explain symptoms, pathogenesis. Conclusion：From ＂food＂,＂ also＂ original with its comprehensive understanding, we can discern exact implication of the name.
