摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村需要大批的专业化、职业化、多元化的高素质农村人才。黑龙江省是农业大省,农业在国民经济中占有重要比重,新农村建设最核心、最本质的内容是加强农村人才队伍建设,提高农民的整体素质。农村职业教育在培养新型农村人才方面具有不可替代的作用,对新农村建设目标的实现具有重要意义。因此,新形势下必须抓住有利时机,重新定位农村职业教育培养目标,给予农村职业教育政策和制度保障,丰富办学模式,进行教学课程改革,加快农村职业教育改革。Building a new socialist rural required a large number of specialized,professional,diversified high-quality talent in rural areas.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province and agriculture plays an important share in the national economy,the core of the new countryside construction,the contents of the most essential is to strengthen the development of qualified personnel in rural areas,improve the overall quality of farmers.Vocational education in rural areas in developing new talent has an irreplaceable role,the new rural development goals of great significance.Therefore,the new situation must seize the favorable opportunity.Relocation of rural vocational education objectives,to give rural vocational education policy and system security,to rich school system,teaching curriculum reform,accelerate the reform of vocational education in rural areas.
