摘　　要：无锡高职教育遵循科学发展观的要求,按照高职人才培养规律,利用无锡区位优势,努力寻求高职教育创新发展、转型发展、提升发展的"源头活水",为区域经济社会发展作出了卓越贡献。当前,面对无锡经济转型升级,高职院校怎样进一步解放思想,在观念、制度、技术层面进行深刻变革,已成为摆在政府、学校、企业面前的严峻课题。通过对无锡高职院校现状的调研分析,剖析存在的问题,提出了高职院校创新发展的战略选择。Sticking to the concept of scientific development and the principle of vocational talents cultivation,Wuxi higher vocational education has made outstanding contributions to the local economic and social development by utilizing its regional superiority to seek new sources of vocational education development in aspects of innovation,transition and further promotion.Meanwhile,some problems have popped up after the constant expanded growth for more than 2 decades.Currently,under the background of economy transition and upgrading in Wuxi,how to emancipate minds and reform further concerning ideology,institutions and techniques has become a serious subject for the government,schools and enterprises to confront.After dissecting the existing problems based on the analysis of current status of Wuxi higher vocational colleges,this paper presents some strategic options for their transitional and upgrading development.
