摘　　要：工程合同管理课程是高校建设工程管理专业的专业基础课程，在培养学生的工程法律意识及合同管理能力方面具有重要作用。针对课程内容条文多、专业性及综合性强的特点，从教学内容、教学方法及实践教学等方面对工程合同管理课程进行改革探索，取得明显的教学效果。The course of Project contract management is the basic and major subject for engineering project management in colleges and universities. It is very important in bringing up the students awareness of law and abilities in contract construction industry. According to the characteristics of the course, which are omnibus, professional and comprehensiveness, the reformations and explorations on contents, means and practices in teaching were explored. Good teaching results were gained after the innovations.
