摘　　要：介绍了江苏利港电力有限公司管理信息系统集控分系统的设计与实现方法，并着重讨论了集控分系统的数据库设计和应用程序的设计原理。目前，该分系统已投入实际运行，并产生了较好的经济效益。Introduces design and developing methods of operation management subsystem of the management information system in Ligang Power Plant, and the database designing process and principles of application programs are discussed in detail. So far, the subsystem is put into service, thus the very good economic benefits are obtained.
