摘　　要：高等职业教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,不仅要培养高职学生的专业实践性,更应注重提升高职学生的职业素质。学生社团就是培养高职学生团队合作意识、提高社交能力、提升职业道德和心理素质等职业素质的重要舞台。学生社团活动的多样性既培养了高职学生的职业能力,增强职业技能;又提高了高职学生的职业素质,使高职学生毕业后能尽快适应社会。As an important component of China＇s educational system,vocational education not only cultivates student＇s professional practice,but also pays attention to promoting students＇ professional quality.Student organization is an important platform for cultivating their strong consciousness of the team work,improving sociability,improving professional ethics and psychological diathesis.Various student organization activity cultivates their occupational ability and strengthen vocational skills,improve students＇ professional ethics,make students adaptive society quickly.
