摘　　要：高校自主办学是一项重要的高等教育管理思想,它力图改变高校从属于政府部门的地位,使之真正成为面向社会自主办学的法人实体。随着我国高等教育的发展及社会的进步,高校办学自主权的问题显越发迫切。转变办学观念、依法自主办学,是社会主义市场经济条件下高等教育体制改革的必然选择。College running independently is an important management ideas;it is trying to change the status of universities affiliated with government departments and make it a genuine legal entity facing society.With the development of higher education and social progress,the problem of autonomous right of universities running was increasingly urgent.Changing concept of running a school and running school independently according to law is the inevitable choice of higher education system reform under the conditions of the socialist market economy.
