摘 要:目的:了解我省妇女贫血情况,并查找可能的影响因素和改善方法。方法:采用非概率抽样方法选择杭州、金华和衢州20岁~60岁妇女1306名,采血检测血红蛋白,并进行问卷调查,采用非条件logistic回归分析贫血影响因素。结果:被调查妇女总的贫血率为27.2%。单因素分析发现,杭州、衢州和金华三个地区的贫血率有显著差异(χ2=15.75,P〈0.001)。而不同户口性质、学历、职业和人均月收入特征之间贫血率未见显著差异(P〉0.05);多因素非条件logistic回归分析发现:人均月收入越高,贫血发生率越高(P=0.016,OR=1.22);农村的妇女贫血率要低于城市(P=0.0018,OR=0.50)。获得营养知识途径排在前三位的分别是:电视(50.54%)、报纸/杂志(6.74%)、专业书籍(5.82%);有96.9%家庭食用酱油,家庭平均每天食用量为12.26 ml。结论:浙江省20岁~60岁妇女贫血患病情况仍较严重,尤其是城市高收入人口;应该加强营养知识的宣传和普及,开展应用铁强化酱油改善贫血项目很有必要且可行。Objective:To study the status of the prevalence of anemia among women in Zhejiang and available approaches to improve it,as well as its influencing factors.Methods: About 1306 women aged 20 to 60 years old were selected from Hangzhou,Jinhua and Quzhou in Zhejiang province by non-probability sampling.The hemoprotein were measured to screen for anemia.The participants were interviewed by structured questionnaire.Unconditional logistic regression was performed.Results: The anemia prevalence rate was 27.2% among the selected women.The result of one way ANOVA showed that there exist a statistic difference among the three cities(χ2=15.75,P〈0.001),which had no significant differences in groups of resident,education,career and income(P〉0.05).The multivariate unconditional logistic regression analyses indicated the anemia prevalence was get higher while the income increased(P=0.016,OR=1.22).As well,the rate was lower in county than that in city(P=0.0018,OR=0.50).The favorite approach to the knowledge of nutrition was TV,then the magazines and books.In the study,about 96.9% of the families use soy sauce,and the daily dose of every family use is about 12.26 ml.Conclusion: The prevalence of anemia among the women aged 20 to 60 in Zhejiang is still high,especially the women with higher income in city,more education and service on nutrition need to be provided for them,and the project of iron-fortified soy sauce is required and feasibility.
